MasterMudd EquiBrace is a topically applied product used to help soothe sore muscles and joints from the rigors of competing, stress from traveling or stalling or overexertion from training or competing. MasterMudd EquiBrace can be applied directly to the horse's skin before, during or after exercise or as needed. MasterMudd EquiBrace is rapidly absorbed and can be used alone or mixed with our other products for synergistic results.MasterMudd EquiBrace can be used on any horse at anytime regardless of age. It is perfect for the older horse suffering from arthritis or the young competitive horse looking to feel their best. The best part? MasterMudd EquiBrace will not leave a sticky residue. As with all of our products MasterMudd EquiBrace is designed with the horse in mind but is safe for all animals.

MasterMudd EquiBrace is formulated specifically for horses, though it is safe for all animal use. this topical rub helps reduce some of the discomfort caused by muscle inflammation and edema that is often seen in horses due to exercise or age.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return authorization. This may be acquired by emailing cmperfhorses@gmail.com. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

• Any item not in its orginal condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence
•  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account again. The contact the company of which payment was provided from, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at cmperfhorses@gmail.com and send your item to 4468 M Ave., Cherokee, Iowa 51012. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to CM Health & Wellness, 4468 M Ave., Cherokee, Iowa 51012. 

You wll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item $75+, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
